Dr. Lance E. LeClere, CAPT MC USN (Ret) is the Head Orthopaedic Surgeon for the Tennesee Titans, Medical Director and Head Team Physician for the Nashville Predators Hockey Club in the NHL, and Professor Orthopaedic Surgery, Sports Medicine Fellowship Director, and Division Chief for Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

CAPT Lance LeClere, MD is a retired Naval Officer with 15 years of Active Duty service and 9 years as a Reservist in the US Navy. He is past president of the Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons and Head Team Physician for the US Naval Academy. He is currently the Division Chief for Vanderbilt Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery, the Sports Medicine Fellowship Director at Vanderbilt, Head Orthopaedic Surgeon for the Tennessee Titans, and Medical Director and Head Team Physician for the Nashville Predators.
